This Privacy Policy explains how Wasatch Vector [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("we," "us") collects, uses and shares information through wasatchvector.com and the CRE Maps application at cremaps.wasatchvector.com (the "Services").
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Early access signups: your name, email address and, if you give it, your brokerage or company.
- Account information: name, email, brokerage or company, and login details.
- Branding content: logos, broker names, phone numbers and other details you add to your maps.
- Billing: subscription status and billing contact. Card details are collected and stored by our payment processor, not by us.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or form.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data: pages visited, features used, maps created, IP address, browser type and timestamps, recorded in server and application logs.
- Cookies: the CRE Maps application uses cookies needed to keep you signed in. The marketing site [does not use advertising or tracking cookies / uses privacy-focused analytics without cookies]. [Update if you add analytics.]
How we use information
- To contact you about early access and the launch of CRE Maps.
- To provide, maintain, secure and improve the Services.
- To manage accounts and subscriptions and send service emails, such as receipts and password resets.
- To respond to your questions and requests.
- To send product updates. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time using the link in the email or by writing to us.
- To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only:

Branding content you add to a map appears on the maps you export and share.
Retention
We keep account information while your account is active and for up to [24] months after it closes, unless law requires longer. We keep early access signups until CRE Maps launches and for up to [12] months after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Billing records are kept as required for tax and accounting.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, download or delete your personal information by emailing hello@wasatchvector.com. Depending on where you live, including under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act where it applies, you may have additional rights. We will respond within the time the law requires and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Children
The Services are for business use and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
